CLA Presents: Learning Land Use – How You Can Influence Local Development!

Curious how you can influence what gets built in your community? Join us in this virtual webinar as CLA’s Russ Stevenson explores how you can become involved in and influence local development in your community! Participants will learn about land use basics, including the steps a developer must take in order to subdivide property, build different types of structures, and obtain waivers and exceptions to established planning and zoning laws. Participants will also learn about when and how to become involved in these processes, as well as the legal tools available to them to help influence how local development progresses.
