
Dustin is currently a JD candidate at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law with a concentration in environmental law. He earned his undergraduate degree in Environmental Sustainability and Human Ecology with a minor in Public Policy and Economics from the University of Baltimore, graduating summa cum laude.
During his undergraduate, he was a research assistant for Dr. Stanley Kemp, and helped write and present a report on stream health and stormwater control which was presented at the Joint Annual Meeting of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Fisheries Society and the Wildlife Society in 2019.
Dustin is a member of the Maryland Environmental Law Society and his experience includes working as a legal intern for a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring the civil rights of the LGBTQIA+ community and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Barry G. Williams at the Circuit Court of Baltimore City.
