Maggie Woodward is a third-year law student at the University of Virginia School of Law. She brings a background in economics and public policy to her work with CLA. As a law student, Maggie has worked on energy regulatory issues with UVA’s Environmental Law and Community Engagement Clinic and conducted research on water quality trading in the Bay. She is serving as the Editor-in-Chief of the Virginia Environmental Law Journal and is a Fellow in the Program in Law and Public Service. Her primary areas of interest include conservation, water law, and renewable energy policy.
Maggie is Virginia native who enjoys running, baking, and exploring the many beautiful natural areas around Charlottesville.
