Nicholas A. DiPasquale
Nicholas A. DiPasquale served as the Director of EPA’s Chesapeake Bay Program Office from 2011 to 2017. In that position, he oversaw implementation of the Bay TMDL, negotiation of the 2014 Chesapeake Bay Watershed Agreement, development of a Citizens’ Monitoring program and the 2017 Mid-Point Assessment. He has also been recognized as an “Admiral of the Chesapeake.” He was previously Deputy Secretary in the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Director of the Environmental Management Center for the Brandywine Conservancy in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, and Secretary of the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control.
