Obie

Obie has spent his entire life in and around the Chesapeake Bay with Senior Attorney, Evan Isaacson. Obie enjoys escaping from his yard just as often as he can, hightailing it straight through the well-worn path to the nearest tidal marsh where he can thoroughly cover himself with pungent mud. Obie has been watching over the Chesapeake Bay longer than his human friends have been working to restore it. He’s wondering what’s taking so long, but won’t let any amount of pollution stop him from enjoying a good splash in the waters around Annapolis.
