CLA expands the capabilities of citizens, community groups, and environmental advocates who seek to build public awareness and support for action on clean water, public health protections, and habitat conservation within the Chesapeake Bay watershed. CLA can help you or your organization influence decision makers and promote changes to laws and other government policies, whether through legislative advocacy, grassroots organizing, or legal action to make a real difference in water quality in your local community and the Bay.
