CLA Responds to Sackett v. EPA

On May 25th, the Supreme Court of the United States issued its decision in the case, Sackett v. Environmental Protection Agency, adopting a narrowing interpretation of the scope of federal regulatory authority under the Clean Water Act. The decision is a significant setback in our efforts to clean up the Chesapeake Bay and for the application of sound science in our policymaking.
